Our Coffee

At La Bamboche we believe a perfectly brewed cup of coffee is an essential companion to our pastry offerings. We have partnered with Global Gourmet Coffee Co., a local environmentally conscious roaster, to introduce exceptionally brewed fair trade and organic coffee and espresso.

Our customized blend of Brazilian, Colombian, Guatemalan, Indonesian and Mexican espresso beans can be enjoyed in a sweet and creamy latte or if you are a traditionalist, as a smooth and nutty straight-up shot of espresso.

For those seeking a satisfying cup of brewed coffee, we offer a Mellow blend comprised of Ethiopian, Guatemalan and Peruvian beans that lend to a sweet and mild coffee experience. Others will love our darker, Bold blend made up of Colombian, Guatemalan, Peruvian and Mexican beans that offer a strong punch without any of the bitterness.

Both our decaf espresso and decaf brew are naturally Swiss Water® processed -a chemical-free way of removing 99.9 % of the caffeine, while preserving all of theessential flavour of the coffee.
